Well, I was having a play with faking HDRI and came up with this, now game time, What Application was this created in? To help you out I currently have bryce, Max 3.1, Maya 4, truespace 3, Cinema 4d 6, and POVRay installed.....

My rank is "nice". I love the refelction of the refinary. The let down is the lack of fine shadow in the front of the wooden board. It makes it look like it is floating, but the compositon distracts from that. A very very good try though! Cheers

Question would be, did you have to fake it, or did you just want to. I'm going to say Max 3.1, because it looks like the shadows aren't really that great (no offense), and I know 3.1 is an OLD version, which might not be able to fake it very well.
