Description
This is a remake of an old image. A company that makes E-learning presentations saw the original and came real close to using this. I made an animation that follows the path into the forest that came out really nice.
Made the trees in Amapi. Some cylinders were used in the far background and beyond that is a 2D background of a similar shot like this one. Two large 2D squares are overhead with a foliage mat used for the leaf canopy shadows

The light work is really well done, the terrain is magic and that old guy looks magical. Awesome scene over all. Hope the company picks up the render next time, they bummed out big time! Keep up the renders!

He looks friendly enough... I would follow him! I remember "Trail In The Forest" and I enjoy the mystery in both images, especially with the addition of the character. This look great!
