Description

This my second attempt at lathing an object...it's better than the first one, but not what I was going for (a simple wine glass)! I'd really appreciate your best hints, tips and suggestions for making these things...I'm on the learning curve right now, and you all do such awesome work, I don't know who better to ask. Thank you!!

Great concept. The only thing I would do is add more points when lathing. It will smooth out the curves. Lighting and coloring are fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Looks fine to me! I was so excited to try Carrara, but when I tried the demo, I was dissapointed by the work environment. Now I use Hexagon, also from Eovia, and though I like it very well, it has similar work space issues. So I'm afraid I'm not much help in the modeling dept. : ( But keep practicing! That's the best way to imrove!!
