Description

Thanks for looking. The Series is on hold for now. So for now I will continue with the theme of photos taken at the same place- Manteno State Hospital in Illinois. As always, critique is welcome! Have a great day! xoxo

Ahhh... typical Renderosity here- This is a brilliant image but yet it only has 2 viewings at this time while the flower has much more. Even the cat at the bottom of the page? C'mon! What do people look for on here? This is true art & is excellent work. This image shows a perception that a true artist has & is technically well done. THIS is the type of image that truly deserves an "excellent" rating.

Hi April. I agree on several levels with Ken AKA: DeviousMoose. I see this image a little different, especially since i have been fortunate to see the other images we have been talking about. If this were part of that series I would want to see it cropped differently and also given some postwork as to bring out certain features. This image would do nicely as a split-toned photograph. The upper portion of the window that is still holding together all the pieces, I wold turn to a B&W or very desaturated and only keeping little colour. The reason for this, is that i would want to focus on the shards of broken glass. That is one approach, the other is to only show a little portiion above the gathering shards and thereby making it a horizontal image.
