Description

Here is a size comparison chart for the vessels in my series of Human large exploration starships for the "Fellowship of Star-Faring Sentients" universe. Designs 5, 7, 8, and 9 are complete while Designs 1, 2, 3, and 4 are projects in progress. Design 6 has yet to get beyond the concept stage. Science Fiction artist Jeff D. Robb did the line art for Design 6.

Nice layout of your work! One thing I always wonder about looking at your work as well as the other starship modelers in the TS gallery is how this stuff would get built. In orbit - piece at a time I should think... Anyway what I'm saying is it would be cool to see something that shows the phasing of a ship's construction. Thanks for your post!

Nice view. One thing, though: you seem to have inverted Saturn 5 (C) and Discovery (B).

Awesome work! I wish the images were a bit clearer, like, as clean as the line/wire images? But it's still an interesting display...

I like it. I have an idea what size these things are supposed to be. All the ships I have done in the past are the size of a C-130. I think the Saturn V is only a bit over 100m.

Now that is a good idea its almost got a "historical"feeling to it
