Hi, my name is Michael Bozenicar and i am a hobby 3D-Designer. My motives mostly are fantasy related, but there is also some Sci-Fi-Stuff to see. Enjoy...
I am new to this gallery here, but not new to rendering. ;-) If you like my stuff, then also visite my homepage http://www.bozenicar.com.BIOSome years ago I was searching for a way to put my ideas on paper, because I am not really talented in drawing by hand. Then I've found Bryce.
That 3D-Render-Software gave me the possibility to visualize the pics I had in my mind. My second big hobby next ro rendering are role-playing-games. That's why nearly all my pics are fantasy-related. I hope you like them. ;-)
Until now I've worked with Bryce (which I use the most), Poser, Vue d'Esprit and now I am starting to learn how to use World Builder and LightWave.
I think the most important thing about my pics is that I never do post-work on them. I admire all these perfect looking pics, but my intention is to create the whole scene in my 3D-Software and not add half of the atmosphere and details with PhotoShop.
Hm, what else could I tell you? Where I am from? The land of milk, chocolat and honey... ;-) Switzerland! I live there and I like it. It's also the country of the banks.. well, I work at one, in the IT.
How old I am, you wanna know? Well, when I was a Teen, I always said that in that age I am now, I would be an old grandpa, lol! I am 32 now, wise and very intelligent (the thirst thing of the three is true...).
I will update my galery here regularely. If you wanna see more of my work in the meantime, feel free to visite my homepage. There you'll find about 200 pics in different categories. The fantasy-site is only in german till now, sorry folks.
That's all about me, I guess. Thanks for your interest and come back soon.
With best regards, Michael Bozenicar

The cathedral is beautifully modelled and textured, it's an impressive piece of work. It's a pity that Joan and Charles are so small and distant - they don't have enough presence to add anything to the scene. You could easily delete them, choose a really dramatic camera angle, and end up with a stunning architectural render. Either that or have the figures fill the image, light them with a power that suggests their religious conviction, and make a compelling double character study. Looking forward to seeing where you go from here. Peace :-) cam

I gave Excellent for the incredible detailing job; however I must agree with cambert, you could also go 'middle of the road' on cambert's 2 suggestions; which I think would give you a dramatic pic.

Fine architectual piece. A tad washed out in the render, but the modeling gets my vote.

Great modeling. The color saturation and lighting could use some work. This scence begs for some dramatic lighting to make it truly spectacular. All-in-all, an excellent job.

Hi folks! I thank you so much for your comments. I agree with you all - the lighting needs some rework, I know. But I worked in that scene so long and tried so many things, I had to put it away. A closer view of Joan and Charles would be nice too, but the requestor of this pic wanted it this way, with the distant view. This pic was ment to be used as imprint-work, but it sadly never came that far. Maybe I sometime start to work again on it. Thanks again for your comments and ratings!!
