Description

A shot while on vacation this time across the Delaware River on the Penn. side of a Power Plant. This plant produces power from steam and is located right on the Delaware river. This is an evening shot, handheld and not to steady...but I liked the lines and shapes. Thanks for having a look see and for all your comments on my previous posts, they really do mean a lot! Aloha!

The lines and shapes are rendered beautifully by the setting sun. Perfect timing on your part. The softness is a good contradiction to the cold industrial design and goes well with how the light embracess the architecture. Have a great weekend.

To think that something as "dull" as that can make such a pretty photograph. It is beautiful, perfect tonal range and a softness that simply completes it! Great job!!! Have a wonderful weekend #:O)

There are a few of these in the UK, I have always been facinated by them, funny that something like this can be so enchanting, excellent shot of these cooling towers.

The lines and shapes are beautiful! I think the image is probably better in B&W than in color :)

I like what you did here too, and the light is perfect. Good choice to go B&W too. I think it being handheld actually adds to it as it mimic the effect of a soft focus filter.
