As some might know i do this job at the moment recording births, marriages and deaths ,of a small village in Germany, into a database. All 3 categories i finnished recording from 1876 up to 1950. Tough i tell you, you may see movies about it, read about it..its a lot different recording it. WAR a face so ugly, one would not believe it exists. "Lost in combat" was one of my most read sentences the last two weeks. Worst two ..entries .. first world war: Reason of death : Shot in the head. Reason of death : enemi artillery fire identified by his sallery book.. Says it all.. I doubt ill ever touch a rifle again other than for selfdefence..
