Modeled In Wings 3D Rendered In Poser. I have not really decided what to do with the palm and wrist yet.

this is terrific looking. I have the sense that its a robot hand which is supposed to be natural-looking; that is that the robot designers were trying to make the hands look "human". I'm not sure what your aims are-- its excellent as is, I guess the question is "What more do you want for this model"? I think in your internal detailing, you might give some hint of the mechanical stuff, actuators and so on. ..
