Description

I shot this through thick dirty scratched glass at an angle. there was two here but she was facing the window. I done a lot of tweaking to bring the clarity up. I was disappointed with the shot because of the glass condition. I certainly hope you enjoy. We got some much needed rain here today, but still short for the year. thanks for viewing and if you have time for comments all the better. I shot this at the Fort Worth Zoo w/ Fuji s7000 last thursday

Richard you have captured the essence of sadness upon this beautiful creature so-well...It is truly ashame that these poor souls have to spend their days behind bars. Why are some people so cruel to hunt these down is beyond me?...Outstanding photography my friend!!!...:)

Dear Richard, I'm still drowning in e-bots - and the water is rising!!! YIKES!! I'm so sorry I am this far behind. It's just shameful! Gonna try to catch up a little all this weekend! The Ft Worth Zoo is one of my old stomping grounds. I like Ft. Worth becuase is some ways it so different than other cities. I like the waterpark and Sundance - and the stockyard - and the train to Grapevine. It's always been a diferent place to go. Been to Billy Bob's a few times, too!! ;-) I hope our friend here just looks sad and is really doing OK. Great job of dealing with the glass! Excellent Work!! Love, Darth Meredith, Dread Destroyer of E-Bots!!!

How sad indeed. I never liked zoos or the circus. I think animals should be left in their own habitat. Beautiful shot however.
