Description

The incomparable Eilean Donan Castle ~@~ We had planned this weekend for months, the South Clunie ridge taking in seven Munros in as many miles. I pulled back the curtains of the bedroom in the Clunie Inn at 6:30am this morning to reveal ...nothing but white cloud and lashing gales. Plan B swept into action and a visit to the castle was called for. Bad weather or not,its a kind of magic there can be only one.

I think this kind of landscape just NEEDS cloudy weather... Very nice image, Anthony... with some postwork, I would have darken a little bit the water in order to avoid this white line in the picture (but this is just my opinion...) :~)

The weather is perfect. (If we want sunshine and castles, we probably have to be ready for Mickey and the crew as well.) This is a perfect capture.
