I'm really shocked about something that has happened last week in the North of Germany... my son has found the message in the internet. I cannot get over it and it pushes me to tell you the story which is really terrible: Some months ago a Lady had found a squirrel which had been in a bad shape. She rescued him, took him home and gave him shelter, went to the vet and and feed him. The plan was to take him to the woods again when he felt better. But then the squirrel made friends with the Lady's cat... both the animals were so adorable. They had a lot of fun playing together and cuddle up while sleeping. Then the media got notice of that unusual friendship and wanted to do a lil reportage about that. They came with a camera team to the woman's house to do a movie. The lively squirrel ran around and the team had so much fun watching. But suddenly the cute squirel climbed up the leg of the camera woman... she got hysterical, started jumping up and down irrationally. The little squirrel was scared. He fell down from her leg and that stupid woman jumped on him! What a horrible death for this cutie! What a tragedy!!! I'm really sad for what had happened and the worst is the camera team apologized, said it has been just an accident and went away. Now I have to think of the lady and her cat... what a loss for both of them! Sorry, I didn't want to upset you with that sad story but Ijust felt to tell you about. Thanks for your time!
