Description

I've learned ... that you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them. I've learned ... that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel. I've learned ... that sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel. I've learned ... that two people can look at the same thing and see something completely different !!!!!!!!

I have to admit, saad no, that this is not what I expected to see from your thumbnail. I almost didn't even click on it. But your words here are wise and faultless. I affirm every one. Oh yeah, great image! Great reminder of the people who continue, after five long weeks, to do the grim work of digging through still-smoking ruins to find thousands of missing people whose lives were cut short by people who haven't learned, as you have, that there is a right way and wrong way to express your feelings.

Yes I agree with RC. I actually thought it would be an ant-american piece. Nice pic.

...this image is on the edge, an illusion of the mind, allowing the viewer to see what they want to see whether it is from one side of the controversy or the other...subtle and carried by the words and the imagination of the viewer one might look beyond what appear to be Afghani children's faces arising out of the aftermath of the 9-11 tradgedy....or it could be US children, who suffer from the same tradgedy....a far more subtle image....and less likely to offend either way....

Does it really matter what country the children belong to? After all is said and done lets remember to rebuild a safe and secure future for them.

"No child goes untouched in war." Now with the TV in our world that statement is even truer than today.
