Description
Ceramic dish, made with lusterd surface using ancient islamic techniques. Approx 30 cms wide.
Trying to achieve prototypes in CAD is'nt so easy - the reflective surface needs lots of learning in rendering packages, such as Rhino3d's Flamingo.

To me, this is excellent work. We have a simple but too user-unfriendly CAD modeling program for jewelry..I tired it, did not like it. No training, no time allowed. This image is one of the best I have seen in render, considering how diffiult reflection is to handle. The glass is translucent enough as it should be and the metallic "firings" are done very,very well. I am not a judge of this sort of work..only a viewer. Take my comment for what it is worth from a person who does not know the programs and will not be critical from that direction. I find the render excellent.

oh wow, so it IS real!! in a way, a real piece rendered (was just checking out your website, I love the lusterous pieces and collect Venetian Glass, different but similar ;)
