Bryce, Wings3D, Paint Shop Pro, Gimp
Model in Wings, textured in Paint Shop Pro, Bryce and Wings, and rendered in Bryce. Some minor postwork in Gimp.
This is a ship that I have been working on for a bit. Thanks to bandolin for the link to the tutorial on creating starship hull textures, available here:

Dear Robert, looks really good!!! You should be working for Lucas or ILM!! And here I go again - Wings3D is a modelling program? Maybe one specific for aircraft, etc??? I've been wanting to do a BBJ - maybe I should checkc it out. I donwloaded a buch of x-sections from Boeing a while back!! That would be the ultimate apartment!! Excellent work!!
