Description

Done in PSP9 while I still had the free version! Still groggy from anesthesia...promise to catch up on everyone's images soon.... All views and comments are most appreciated....

Oh Awesomely done! I love this effect too. IT works well on certain images. You should try it on butterflies..oh my.
