Description

The landscape on the right side is dominated by the Schwalmere (2777 m, 9111 ft), the top of this valley from where you have a splendid vista on this valley and other valleys as well. It's really hard to get the colors right on this shot; the slide shows those colors perfectly but scanning slides with contrasts like these disappoints me somehow. Maybe I should try scanning this with little light and with bright light and merge them both. It's time to go down! Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 35 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

Very nice view of deep valley. The colors may be better with grey conversion filter ahead of lens - in my opinion ;-)

I'm also a lot disappointed when I scan the old shots that my wife made. And for the same reasons than you. I think the solution you propose, there, must be efficient. It worth trying! Good idea!
