Description

fruits... quite symbolic objects - i don't even know if this ARE really fruits or perhaps just the shoots of the red blossoms of the fire thorn (Lat.: Pyracantha) - but anyhow... it looks like ;) the fruit as a quite common symbol and a little design play i did with it... :) hope you like it a bit... 2D Monthly Theme - SYMBOLS *** previous posting: a cranefly and a wall next posting: golden face thanks for stopping by and watching :) and of course - critics, thoughts, whatever are welcome - the more useful the better... ;) so don't hesitate to point out things which could be done better... thank you! -christian picture taken with a Canon EOS 50e / 70-300mm on FUJI ISO 200 + a closup lens 3x those auras are a strange thing i experience with this lens... dunno exactely what or what happens here... scanned negatives and postwork/framing in Xara X1/PSP9

Pyracantha to me means: creeping plant on the front wall of my house with sharp needles which would puncture any football that got accidently kicked into it! A negative connotation I know, but each plant is a work of art in its own way and you've made a nice piece here in dedication ;-)

Dein Grafikdesign ist halt spitzenmig, da gibt's nix zu rteln! Die Farbgebung ist mir ein wenig zu plakativ... aber das ist nun mal Geschmackssache! wink

Aaaa! I'm blind! My eyes hurt! Aa.aa..! How I hate this color! But I must admit this blend of acid and black text is superb. Well done! Now the frame is a work of art.
