Very simple Andreas, one gallery for colour and one for all the duo-toned images. The Egmont gallery is still around but will showcase paintings and computer generated art. I just like to keep things catagorised and separate.

amazing what can be found when u look close-up to everyday thing that others take for granted. i used to get asked why i was photographing a wall or something like this or get strange looks, but they have no idea the artistry which can be achieved from such a simple object...well done on this series :)

the minute bubbling on this image and the three color tones are simple elements that work well with an a priori concept of metallic plasticity

I don't have to sing the praises of the colors and textures here, but I must say that I have favorite areas. Just below the top right and down at the bottom right are standouts, and the speckelled transition area is quite interesting too. I too have experienced that innocence of discovery when revisting a previous photo subject. It happened when I did my wounded series. It is sad that we can't always look at the world through innocent eyes, but let us hope that the wisdom that replaces it has it's own advantages. :)

clapping how INCREDIBLY delightful!!!!!! silly me...i keep seeing your images and get HUNGRY!!! this one reminds me of brownie with multi-colored frosting in every color and flavor of the rainbow! and look at all those sugar sprinkles and candy confetti!!!! It's gonna be an inferno in my stomach alright after i eat all this!!!! oh boy! Ok...now let me just finish decorating the REST of it!!!!! I enjoy making ART out of FOOD!!!!!! What fun!! I don't know what you wanted to discover here. You said the innocence of discovery eluded you. hmmmm...well this one is full of innocence and joy, and i'm about to discover just how yummy it is!!!! LOL! sorry for the silliness, but that's what i see and feel when i look at this! and BTW...oh man...it's one helluva shot! if i had this one hanging in my kitchen i'd be craving sweets all day!

This is amazing. It reminds me of a gallery painting I saw in San Diego. The cost, a little over 6k. You have a great eye!

I see the "RUST" as a disease, like a cancer! Spreading and enveloping the COLOR! A LINE has been drawn in the middle of this BATTLE and the "rainbow" warriors (the SPECKS of color) are trying to hold the advancing EVIL back! The rust scars and PITTS are the result of long range attacks!

So far, my favourite of a fantastic abstract serie. The colors are extremely atractive, the composition is perfect, the textures unbelivable. It's an excellent photograph.
