Description
This is a repost of an image I uploaded in December '04.
PW was done with the GIMP and Irfanview and the terrain was created with PSP8 and saved as a RAW file.
PW was mainly adjusting contrast and color saturation with the sparkle thrown in to give a more metallic sheen to the 'structure'.
