Description
While the Major was still beeing missed, his men managed to contact one of the subs.
After first mistrust , they could convince the captain of their good intentions.
They where given the coordinates to a secret base build far into the rock of ciffs
the opening so close to the waters surface the could hardly fly in.
The Base was huge and there where several of them distributed over the world.
However, most of Skullpeckers Fleet was save in orbit, unreachable for the human forces.
Suddenly Commander Cosmo had a fine idea, if they would take apart 2 of the Barracudas;
they should be able to fit one of the smaller Subs with furure tecnology.
The plasma ionic drives would not be powerfull enough to get it into orbit but
with some extra boosters it should work.
While Ltd. Tiger Trock searched for the Major in the remaining Barracuda
Cosmo and Rodgers supervised the assembly of the USS Pheonix.
Mighty solid fuel Rocketdrives further enhanced by the drives of some balistic missels where attached.
Should this work they would get at last one dangerous weapon up there.
If the Major returnded , he would be very pleased.

Absolutely wicked and clever... :o) The storyline is evolving quite nicely, with a very ingenuous crew there's very little that cannot be done. Can't wait to see if the modifications will make a difference against Skullpecker. :o)
