What to say... what to say. I've been a creative person all my life. As a wee child I used to make dollhouses out of cardboard boxes using the Sear's catalogue for decorations. (carpets, etc) I graduated to drawing with pencils in the 3rd grade and eventually to digital in the 90's. I really enjoy my "creative" time as it's such a huge part of me and there's nothing more satisfying and relaxing (not counting the render-rip out hair moments) to me than sitting here mucking around with pixels.
I'm also a collector of dolls and other vintage toys. I have a real love of vintage things period. My dolls range in price from two dollars to several hundred dollars. I do not discriminate, I just buy what I like.
While I am working, I watch/listen to old movies, too. I am fond of Noir flicks and the old thrillers and comedies. They just don't make them like they used to.

Good for you! I hope it all turns out for your best! Awesome image by the way!

I had absolutely no idea of any of this, and I'm glad you found light at the end of the tunnel! It sounds like they really have a grip on it, as opposed to standard medicine practices. You are right when most doctors dummy up effects with pills instead of rolling up the gloves and getting to the heart of the problem. My best wishes, thoughts, and prayers go to you in this battle and I have faith all will work out fine! This image is awesome; everything is sensationally realized! Although it could be considered gloomy, I find it to be quite symbolic with the roses! Nice touch! Superb work and I wish you the best, Meli! Big Hugz

Don't ya just hate it when other people assume to know what's going on inside your own body better than you do??? I agree with your view on medicine, its just too bad that alot of the medical field doesn't!!! Excellent image, and I am happy that someone finally listened, and now there may be a solution! Best wishes for a speedy and FULL recovery! :D HUGS Lorie

Excellent art work. And I'm happy you didn't take a simple answere. When something goes wrong with the endocrine system, it's never just one problem. I had Graves, Hyperthyroid, and I fought too. I knew my eyes were very bad. I ended up with over 12 eye operations. Hang in there. and Hugs to you even if I don't know you.
