Well, there is $12 billion worth of NASA equipment well spent! I'm glad to see it's going to good use! Nothing like putting money that could be used to create a city for the homeless to spend on a piece of junk on a foreign planet! lol! Fantastic realization and the setting could not be more perfect! This really makes me think, and think hard. Excellent work on this piece!!

I don't think Cassini will ever be returning to Earth anytime soon. Once it starts to run out of power it will either continue to wander among Saturn's moons or more likely, it will be de-orbited so that it will fall into Saturn's atmosphere.
