When she cries, no one hears her,
When she has hunger pains, no one cares.
When she smiles, no one pays attention,
When she's tired, no one is there.

When she asks a question, no one replies,
When she needs a hug, no one holds her.
When she needs encouragement, no one says "you can do it".
When she says, "I Love You", someone tries to break one of her limbs.

When she cries to loud, she gets hit more,
And no one pays attention to this abused child.
If she tries to scream for help,
She is tied up & gagged for hours.

If she cries to loud.
When she tells someone, no one listens,
When she finally runs away, no one reports her missing at all.
When she is cold, no one there to warm her,
When she feels like she'll die, no one there for her to call.

When she finds someplace warm, no one there to welcome her in,
When she feels scared, there's no one there to comfort.
When she takes her last breath, no one there to make her breathe,
When she fades away, no one there to take away the hurt.
