Description

Incredible but I have to take shelter even in this season for ... a snow-shower! If it was a great heights I could imagine that, but here it's all below 1800 m (5906 ft). So I decide to take shelter under some trees and start an early lunch. In the meantime I enjoy the changing appearance of the landscape. The sky and the snow tones really make this scene - there is a sort of mystique in it - wonderful!

Breathtaking! We're actually still having snowfall in June in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, too :)

You know your landscape. I would leave the mountain at the slightest threat of snow. There is a lot of difference in the workings of weather with crops and with adventure.

One has to wonder when you get time to upload these shots. It seems to me that youre constantly out hiking...and for that im glad, cause you provide us with such stunning landscapes. Excellent capture and i hope you enjoyed your lunch #:O)
