This is stunning, especially the sky and light effects--and you are right that creating can keep the mind busy while the heart heals. A gorgeous image!

Rochr, Your work always amazes me. You make it look so easy with your composition and style, but at the same time the lighting and details let us all know just how complex your work is. I've never been disappointed opening an email that alerts me to your newest pieces, and always look forward to seeing more. Sorry to hear about your loss though. I lost a friend in Iraq last week, so I can relate. He was both a soldier and a police officer, so the funeral was pretty impressive. I photographed it as my tribute to him. Perhaps I'll post some of the pics here.

Another stunning scene. I always look forward to your new work, because it's always inspiring as a fellow 3D artist myself. Thanks for sharing and for the inspiration. Sorry for your loss.

Mind boggling and inspiring as always. So what's next? Full scale country with layers of sky traffic...then a planet-wide city...then a full galaxy? Thanks for sharing man.

Excellent pic! Sorry to hear about your cat. I tend to not get very attached to specific animals, but I love cats and it's always sad when one dies. Looks like you do your best stuff when feeling strong emotions. Seriously, this is one of your best images so far, I think. =)
