Description

Thanks for viewing !! :o) -- By request... im not really comfortable with these 1:1 crops. But Darren (Statt2344) asked me to post a frontal close-up with eyes and mandibles in view and i thought id upload this one, its not really what you requested but the its closest i have, i will try to get the shot you want next time im dragonhunting :o) The crop is from the original shot from which i posted the "Picking Flowers" image btw. Oh ehm... about that bottom shot... sorry about that LOL i just thought details are details, right ? ;o) This dragon met with my car at 70 miles/hour. After i stopped i checked the impact site and found the poor dragon there, he seemed to have misplaced his head ;o) I thought the insides looked very interesting, what you see here are his flight-muscles, they really look powerful dont they ? Hope you like & have a wonderful sunday !! :o) - Thanks for all your wonderful comments on my last upload, "Hairy Dragonfly" !! -- Many thanks, Jeroen

I don't find too many on my car, in fact never I think. But I do perform multitudes pool rescues every summer. You would think that an insect who lives in and around water, would not constantly fall victim to drowning.
