Good image with great lighting - apart from the flags!! Personally I would lose them as that splash of colour right at the top unbalances the image and draws the eye away from the detail lower down. IMHO of course!! :-)

Good start. All your shadows are not registering corectly. I also think the moon is perhaps too strong for such a simple forground.
