The Shinyary are a reality-bending race in a home-made Role-Playing Game I made once upon a time. The game was too complicated to work out. Liked the name, though.
I started programming computer games when I was about 11 or 12 years old, and got involved with Paint Shop Pro, Bryce, and Poser to make graphics for my games. Eventually I just transitioned into more "pure" art.BIOThe intro pretty much says it all. I am completely self-taught, everything I know being from tutorials on the internet, but mostly just stuff I figured out myself. I have never taken a formal art class.
Interestingly, although I began art as a means for computer game programming, I have never finished any large computer game that took more than a few days to create. I have, however, finished several large art projects.

I don't want to live there. I'd get lost. I'm hoping it is a brighter and more cheerful place inside. This is an interesting and excellent image.

I like it because it draws my eyes to the details and it has such detail.

Gotta love that texture dude! Excellent work my friend. Hey I might have to post that building lol. If you don't mind me using your texture on it.

I love the texture! And the composition! Would be cool to see another object to give it scale. The bump map and ambience really make the texture work brilliantly! Is that texture your own variation? Very nice!

Dear Robert, This is terrific work!! I hope it was done procedurally - there is a lot of stuff here to do one at a time!! (As you can tell I don't know much about Bryce!) Actually, I kind of hope the future gets better - and brighter. I sometimes have my doubts though. Great sci-fi image and Excellent work!! Love, Meredith
