Great concept. It's tough to make Poser figures look natural, especially when they're fantasy-type figures rendered in Bryce. A couple of suggestions that might help. Your fall and spring figures have good poses (though you might make spring's left hand a little more relaxed by spreading the fingers). Winter and summer seem a bit stiff, though. Try dropping one shoulder, twisting the waist, turn the head, etc. until you get a more natural looking pose. You could also add hair to those two, then in Bryce retexture summer's hair with volume fire and winter's hair with ice. Maybe choose a more moody sky, too. In the sky lab, adjust the shadows and the sun position till it looks good to you. On the floating terrain, try adding some noise and upping the resolution in the terrain editor so it doesn't look quite so fractal. Just a few ideas. Hope they help. It's a good work already. Keep it up.
