Description

Originally a black and white print, I scanned it and then toned it blue in Photoshop to emphasize the watery feel of this fountain and the reflection on the water's surface. Thank you all for you comments and suggestions!

Here in Switzerland, we prefer "Smoke on the water", especially where I am, close to Montreux... But your shot is great!

I see two eyes looking directly at me from underneath the water. Dare I go tip toe into the the shallows? Danger lurks where least expected. Love the tone of blue. So rich and deep. Composition is perfect too. Have a wonderful day Kort.

Beautiful "natural abstract" Kort! And a very refreshing shot! I'm not keen on the blue though but that's just me! Blue is definitely not my color so don't bother about my silly opinion! ;)

Excellent Capture & Insight for this image. I like the bluish tint to it, and the way that the waves look in the foreground. Have you maybe considered doing more of a blur on the dropping/falling water? (Just to see how that would look- otherwise even the "stilled" drops look really good. Maybe somehow 2 images could be combined/blended for that effect?)
