the front field is so nice and shady and some flowers have crept from my garden into the fields, some iris i see there........

"how green was my valley" is not only a fitting title for this image, but the title and the image both remind me of the movie filmed in a Welch mining town. Looking at you backyard, I be lost there forever. It is so very peaceful and charmiind. The Dutch Iris' are a nice touch.

What a calm, beautiful image. Reminds me of the line from Toni Morrisson about "coming across the color purple in the field." Thanks for sharing this one and hope you don't mind me borrowing it as wallpaper for a few days!
