Nice work, where did you find the flintlock?

Great angle-work with the camera. Love the strong native-american features! Only points to critique in this is the lack of shadows at her feet, and the way the flintlock runs into her little finger. Otherwise this is a sweet piece!

Hardbird, the flintlock and the powder horn are from Willjen. They are availlable in the freestuff section, now even as smart props (I still used the 3DS version). Willjen is presently my most favourite contributor. He has loads of historical props dating from the rennaissance to the 18th century. They are better detailed than many props for sale are. Heart'Song, the high heels -or spear heel moccasins, as our warrior woman calls them- are indeed unusual. She once saw some saloon ladies wearing such gear and decided that she wanted to have such mocs too. Since then white men tend to treat her much gentler than before. She also hates to have to look upwards when talking to tall white men. TygerCub, thanks for the advice. I promise to do better next time

Hello. You know why I decided to pay you a visit. I love the atmosphere of the picture. She stands so proud. But I still don't agree with the high heels. Even if it could be historically accurate, I don't think it fits really well with the spirit of the charactere. She can't run, ride a horse or fight, she can't do squat with thoses shoes ! Not an active woman's shoes.

I seem to have TOTALLY missed out on your Gallery! The works are just GREAT. They all have the FEEL of the atmosphere! I guess I would like to boost the rating in this one for adding a great new view!

It doesn't seem practical for an Indian warrior to be walking around the desert in stiletto heel boots, unless she just stole them from a Mexican whorehouse. She needs some kind of shadow under her as well.

At first I misread this as "mexican warehouse" LOL. However, she might have bought them as well. Non-white people do not always get their stuff by stealing it ;) Actually a nice inspiration for a new story plot ;)
