Description

Problems. After returning from Lake Waiau to our truck, Terry started to have some Altitude problems (head ache). Best thing to do is take aspirins and head down. I started my truck, took this last picture. Then I lost half of my vision. It was like looking underwater with out swim goggles. Blurred Vision. I asked Terry how was his head ache. He said it hurts terribly. Well, I drove slowly downwards. With the dust kicking up around the truck, it doesn't help my driving. But we made it down to safety. Terry's problem went away and so did mines. Aloha and thank you for viewing.

Wow, you're lucky you guys made it out safely, it's really hard to breath in the high altitude let alone hike around and take photos!!! excellent!!!

yikes, the altitude finally got to you. When I was on Maui and ran up from inside Haleakala crater, I got quite sick, constant nausea for 1 day. Looks like a long way down here.

Sounds like you experienced some altitude sickness, quickly fixed by driving to a lower altitude...Nice view from here tho- Aloha!
