Description

Vue and Poser Maxfield Parrish is my favorite illustrator and I tried for a feel in this that would be reminiscent of his work. Bath is Gatsby set by Kiera and Marforno.

Maxfield is also one of my favorites, and you really paid a sensational homage to the great artist in this piece! The pose, lighting, composition, and background are all a dead ringer for his style! Absolutely stunning piece!!

Very nice image. I would prefer to see the sky you used in "The Archer" as the Parrish look you seek here. Maybe a repost? He's one of my favorites too. Saw his works in a showing in N.H. two years ago.

Before I read your comments, the first thought I had was that it looked a lot like a Parrish image (except for the parrish blue). When I was younger I got to do some restoration work on a parrish painting. His work is amazing. You have emulated his style very well. - Bob

Excellent pose and setting, but the best is the light. Never seen such an excellent and realistic lighting in a Vue render. Perfect parameter settings. VOTE!
