Can't see the double sided sticky tape attaching these bits of wood and bone together, so definitely not a 'Blue Peter' project!! It does look like some ancient artifact... A fine bit of craftswomanship!!

Gorgeous abstract stone-age-mirror-shell-rattle. Constructive criticism??? Hmmm, try to render bigger and downsize to avoid staircase effects. Anyway, excellent picture.
