Description

few more hours - added a bit of detail like chair, transmission, exhaust, dials, brake lines, bonnet catches etc. Thinking of adding rivets as bump maps on body panels when it comes to rendering. Do you guys reckon I should put side panels/mud guards/little roof on it? Cheers, S.

Very Impressive. Needs an engine. I like the feel of the images you produced... very stylish. I'm looking forward to seeing more.

I love the seat idea, fits very well with the rest of the design. If you put mudguards over the wheels, it could destroy the rough buggy look.

Gotta love it. VOTE The top render should be a Popular Mechanics cover!!

love the seat design! mudguards would be cool, but the tires are too wide IMO. and where are the sidepipes?? :)

yep, it's kind of a wierd alfa-romeo 2l design, so it should have narrow tyres, but it's also got modern influences, so the tyres are phat and the frame's more monocoque (hence the chair design). But maybe is should have side pipes. It's sort of like the Aerial Atom (0-60 in 2.8 secs!), so I think I'll leave the bodywork to a minimum. Now all I've got to do is render... not sure my graphics card'll cope though. Cheers for the comments, S.
