Description

Here I wanted to compose with the paradox between the calm atmosphere of a scene and the barbarity that just occured there. I leave to you rest of the interpretation (when, what and how this occured?) tell me what you have in mind. Enjoy! Your comments are always welcomed! Etienne Saint-Amant www.chaoscopia.com

lots of action and strong forces about in your fractal. I would not want to be on a sea like this-excellent abstract

Superbe "peinture" ! Malgrle mastrom qui se dhaine sous nos yeux, il se dage une atmosphe de poie post-apocayptique. Je pense aussi aux illustrations prentes dans le bouquin de R. Caillois "L'riture des pierres".

I can't point out what exactly it is that makes me stare again and again at this beauty, but it really captures my eyes....I think you succeeded very well in your attempt to visualize what you were after!

Looks like a Turner seascape-- violently sublime. I can not give higher praise than that.

I agree with gueri, this is late Turner at his best, and his magic worship of sun and sea.
