Well I am not sure what is going on in this,but I love the colors and array of textured frames you have chosen. My only feeling is that this is what people do in their memories of life. Like each important event is Framed and stored into a gallery? Probably not what your portraying, but it's what I see in it :) Awesome work Normy! V

Well, I hardly know where to begin...the pic as a whole is stunning and powerful, as well as very visually compelling...very haunting look on the main character's face (the eyes are riveting)...like one other comment, not sure what you were trying to portray, but I get the feeling we all end up being framed, or trapped, by one thing or another in life.

Love the expanded color pallet, adds interest and balance. Great concept and construct. The clarity of the eye of the central character are beautiful and piercing. Of interest is the distortion and morphing of characters. Reminds me that memories can also become distorted and can morph into something almost unrecognizable. The figure coming out of the frame is an interesting conceptualization of a certain reality one feels while looking at the picture of a loved one, in particular. The image can bring them back to us, make them almost alive again with the remembering. This is a powerful image Norman. One with tremendous impact the more one looks at it. Great work of art! EV*
