This is pretty much straight out of Poser--I just used Photoshop to add the title and credit.
Powergirl is owned by DC Comics, of course. Her extravagant overdevelopment has become something of a joke, ever since Wally Wood tested the editors at DC decades ago by drawing her boobs a little bit bigger each issue. This interpretation is consistent with Alex Ross' more recent vision of her in Kingdom Come (i.e. seriously built). Here's a great link concerning this sadly neglected character:

I forgot to mention Codeman's chrome reflection on the boots. I also used it on the catsuit, but with a very low setting. She ought to have a pair of blue flared gauntlet/gloves, but I couldn't find any that would fit Victoria.

I always liked Powergirl. I used to read Justice Society of America comics years ago. Too bad they have made her a joke....she is one tough cookie.

Great render! I agree, though, that it's sad that they've turned her into a running joke. Sooner or later some artist is going to go too far and draw her basically as a stick with two watermelons taped on...
