Description

I love squirrels... especially the nosy and friendly ones who sometimes even crawl up your legs when you don't expect it *g*... this is one of them... the pic was taken in March, when this fellow fetched some nuts (laid out by visitors of the botanical garden, to keep the squirrels from stealing bird's eggs)... I sat down in the middle of the path (which made other visitors shake their heads, others laughed), waiting for him... after about 15 minutes he came back, looking me up first, deciding I was no enemy and carried on with his "work", from time to time looking around the tree - "CLICK!". ;o) Hope you like, I have a bunch of photos of this fellow (upside down hanging in a tree etc), maybe I'll show some of the other pics as well, if you'd like to see them? :o) Regards, Karsten

Adorable, this is a really great and clear capture. I know how "fidgety" squirrels can be, it's amazing that there isn't a motion blur. Really adorable!
