The raw talent is there, I'd work on structure firstly, human anatomy. Plenty of books out there. Shading, how light interacts with the human form... pencils are a beautiful and expressive medium, also one of the meanest, like the blues you are stripped down. Keep at it, if it calls to you. JK

I don't know what is bad and good, since I am just a beginner, but I can tell you the parts I like. I love the eyes and hair. I also really like the shading on the clothes. :D
