Description

"And we, inhabitants of the great coral of the Cosmos, believe the atom (which still we cannot see) to be full matter, whereas, it too, like everything else, is but an embroidery of voids in the Void, and we give the name of being, dense and even eternal, to that dance of inconsistencies, that infinite extension that is identified with absolute Nothingness and that spins from its own non-being the illusion of everything." The Island of the Day Before. Umberto Eco --- Technical details: Airbrusing in Photoshop + wacom volito --- Thank you very much for taking the time.

I thought I'd commented on this one. I know I definitely looked at it before, must have decided to come back when I could think of something to say. I love that Eco quote, do you study Quantum Physics as that's what it speaks to me. Thanks for this for the quote alone, but the image is excellent and thought-provoking too :-)

Ahhh... I swear that your minds eye is a kindred spirit to mine sometimes. I simply love the way you think, and the talent that you have to deliver your thoughts to us via your work. I hope that life is treating you well these days. HUGEST HUGS my dear... this image is simply stunning.

Hmmmmmmmm. I think you must be a kindred spirit to me too. I have an image in my gallery using an eye done in Bryce. What program did you use to do this in ??? I LOVE the title too. Wondeful. Great work !!

Is it that the essence of being is merely a tangled mess of neurons...electricity travelling through meat? If it is, oh well. I love your existential art!

Looking at one image that comes through you prompts any artist to view all of them. Creative,..provoking deep thought,..at this point I have to question the existence of "non existence"..or "non being" as you put it,..nothing can spin from "non being" And "Inconsistencies" may be a misconception, but I do appreciate the effect of your work and provoking thought/concepts is what great art is all about. Really great to have bold and surreal style along with fearless philosophical theory. Not for lazy minds! ;)
