Description
Hi all.
I hiked out into the desert and I almost stepped on this little guy he is about 6 inches long. He was convinced that I could not see him or he would have ran. I was able to get the camera lens within two inches of him. I thought if I moved around to the opposite side he might run away. Then I tried and he did.

What the.... COOOOOL!!! I can see why he would think that hes invisible, sure blends in rather nicely. He sure looks grumpy as well...i would too i suppose if i was cursed with looks like that, lol. Amazing capture, you can see every scale on his body just great. Have a terrific day #:O)

I used to have a few of these guys as pets as a child. I never saw one with so much color on it though. Excellent shot! I am amazed he didn't run when you got that close.
