Description

I really like the symbolism evident here, and the late afternoon light creates a comforting mood. I considered cropping in closer on mother and son for more immediacy, but I like the scene as a whole so left it as is. As you say this image is full of symbolism, the obvious tenderness between mother and son as they stroll into the sunset is very touching. Top marks!!

Wonderful closeness between mom and son... the warm evening light enhance the feeling even more. Glad you didn't crop the shot as in the "long" road I see a symbolism for the long way both will walk together till the lil boy is grown up. Gorgeous and beautiful work full of emotion, Kort!

Such lovely lighting in this Kort.Gives it a wonderful feeling of peace.So precious.An image anyone could relate to.The security of your parent's strong guiding hand...the vulnerability in the grasp of a small child.Very touching.

Its either warm and fuzzy feelings or the feeling that she's dragging him home because she found him scooting the streets in his go-kart :o) Seems like a calm meander so I guess its the former. Excellent 'real life' capture :o)

love the composition too just as it is.. the light gives the warmth symbolical to the composition.. also the old school bus , emotional day. for a mother watching their childs first day at school.. pleased you didnt crop.. all works together.. well seen and superb p'graphy...:..))))
