Description

- Scotland, Glencoe - Do you remember the Three Sisters I posted months ago? I couldn't pass them without another shot. But at home I wondered about the rainbow colors in the center!!! What the hell is this? My lense was clean, perhaps a reflection of the sun? or I was standing in a rainbow and didn't notice??? Never had such feature in another foto before. Do you have an idea what it can be? Thanks a lot for all appreciated comments and I wish you a perfect Friday! ;o)))))

More tales of the unexpected... even rainbows pop up now and then, reflections in the lense, some object (window-glass...) that reflected sunlight into your lens or... whatever! It's beautiful and that counts! Gorgeous work, Rita!

JC hat recht damit - Streulicht welches sich im Objektiv unkontrolliert verbreitet und dabei zu solchen Effekten frt (Lens Flare) - manchmal (wie in diesem Fall) wundersch, manchmal nervig. Zu vermeiden am leichtesten mit einer Gegenlichtblende und mlichst wertig vergeten Optiken. Ansonsten bleibt nur Gegenlicht zu vermeiden - also auch die in diesem Fall links oben stehende Sonne die im Bild zwar nicht sichtbar ist - aber eben doch Wirkung zeigt. Aber wie gesagt, in diesem Fall finde ich sieht's irgendwie gut aus :-)
