Variation of "Spectrum" - I don't normally do variations but am feeling subtle today... Thanks for all previous feedback - very much appreciated.

I just now noticed something about this piece. When I try to do stuff like this (or at least what I think is like this) the lighted cubes would be overly bright and the light on the walls would be darker. Your's is the exact opposite! How'd you do that?
