Description
I tried a new method for procedural terrain...
A perlin fractal is used which then goes through a seperate altitude filter node. The filter is then controlled by a second perlin fractal, so it forms a variable filter. Thats all.
Rendered at 1600x1200 and lost some detail when i scaled it down but oh well.

Fantastic terrain again. Great textures too. When downsizing, try using an unsharp mask to keep the details.
