Description

For a while now, a ridden dragon has been hiding in the recesses of my mind trying to come out. The background image went together rather smoothly but the dragon needed some blending work and I'm not quite sure if I was successful in blending it seamlessly. Perhaps it's just the warm and cool colors of each that continue to keep them separate in the composition. Often, in the real world things look similar against their backgrounds because the lighting is the same. I strive for this realism sometimes too much which takes away the pleasing colors that happen along the way. So instead of blending more and more, I just left it alone after the light, shadow, and scaling, corrections. Terragen, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Poser Enjoy Chris

YOu did a wonderful job with this. I love the dragon. Everything looks very natural. I also enjoyed reading how the picture came about. Excellent!!!
