This was done using TrekkieGrrrl's open book and a new texture made by me for old pages. The boarder designs are actually Mints tattos from the tattopack. The line drawing of Sonja and Vampi was done by taking a full render of the girls into Photoshop Elements and applying the photocopy filter. Once I had the lines, I darkened them and then seperated them from the background with layers. I then moved that layer to a render of the book. The tattos were done the same way- as was the text which was originally created in Window's Paint. I've never had a project like this one. "The Witch" started out as a simple series of renders and it's become the Monster that ate Chicago- sprouting branches in directions I never expected until they were staring me in the face. Oh,well, it keeps me off the street...
